American Curriculum International Accreditation

At One Hope International School, our curriculum is designed to inspire critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning. Rooted in the Common Core State Standards (CCSS), our American-based approach ensures that students are not only academically prepared but also equipped with the skills needed to thrive in a global society.

What is the Common Core State Standards (CCSS)?

The CCSS is a set of rigorous, clear academic standards in English Language Arts and Mathematics. By focusing on critical thinking, problem-solving, and application of knowledge, the Common Core prepares students for college, career, and active citizenship in the world today. These standards promote consistency across states and ensure students from different backgrounds are equally prepared for the challenges ahead.

Kindergarten
(3 to 5 years old)

Elementary
(6 to 11 years old)

Middle School
(12 to 13 years old)

High School
(14 to 17 years old)

Our Kindergarten program focuses on building a strong foundation in literacy and numeracy through hands-on learning. The emphasis is on exploration, creativity, and collaboration, helping our youngest learners develop a love for learning while mastering key foundational skills.

In Elementary School, we continue to build academic skills across subjects, fostering independence and responsibility. We offer a balanced approach to education, integrating core subjects like Math, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts, with an emphasis on social-emotional learning and personal growth.

Middle School is a time of self-discovery and academic growth. Students are encouraged to deepen their understanding of key concepts through hands-on projects and collaborative learning. As they prepare for High School, students begin to focus on critical thinking, problem-solving, and applying their learning to real-world situations.

The High School curriculum focuses on preparing students for their post-graduation paths, whether in higher education, vocational pursuits, or the workforce. Alongside the rigorous academic program, students will engage in leadership, teamwork, and service-learning opportunities that build character and responsibility.
